Were you supposed to speak at the BodySlam?!?! Oh, how I wish you would have!
I read the “Catholic & Evangelical” agreement article. I liked that a lot. Thank you for searching these things out! As you know, I’m very interested in digging into the topic of unity. How does it REALLY work??

ok. me again. I read the Lutheran/Catholic agreement document. I must say I was suprised! There’s a lot more agreement there than I ever realized! more than I think most Catholics and/or Lutherans would have ever realized, too! We see and think so much in our stereotypes of each other . . that sometimes we never know the real truth of the matter. Unfortunately there are people (in all camps) who don’t necessarily live/believe what their “doctrinal statement” says, either. This is where we learn our stereotypes. Officially, our churches may believe all the right things, but we may live in total contrast to those “beliefs”. Haha. Just reminds us that faith and relationship with Christ has, and always will be about WAY MORE than words on a page (or shall we say “the letter of the law”),it’s about letting the truth be written on our hearts.
